  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information, access, and clearance for work.

7. Demolition & Removal Services

When providing demolition or site clearance for old warehouses, gates, or structures:

  • We perform a full site safety inspection before starting work.
  • All hazardous or restricted materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals) must be declared by the client.
  • Waste and debris are disposed of at government-approved sites.
  • Clients must ensure property ownership or obtain written consent before demolition.

8. Liability & Warranty

  • Our company guarantees that all materials and workmanship meet the approved standards.
  • We are not liable for damages or delays caused by external factors such as force majeure, weather conditions, government delays, or third-party actions.
  • Any warranty claims must be made in writing within the period stated in the contract.
